We work to support and create workforce development initiatives for the live events industry. We do this through educational conferences for students, support of education and training, and  pathways for entry and growth for the live event community.

    Empowering the Future of Live Events Workforce

    • Funds programs designed to give students and young professionals extraordinary experiences.
    • Recruit the next generation of live event professionals through thoughtful and hands-on opportunities and connections. 
    • Attract the best and brightest from all backgrounds and skillsets by showing the different pathways into the industry. 
    • Support trainings and educational programs which provide professionals with the opportunity to grow their skills and experiences in the field. 
    • Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion by supporting programs focused on marginalized communities. 
    • Partner with other organizations who are focused on improving workforce initiatives for the live events industry. 


    We are committed to providing opportunities for the next generation of live event professionals. Through unique programming and engagement with industry partners, the organization strives to bring future employees and employers together to ensure a strong, vibrant, and diverse workforce in live events. 


    Workforce LIVE was founded in 2024 by members of the Rock Lititz Community.

    An immersive conference for high school students, college students, and recent graduates looking to learn more about the live event industry. 

    The Academy of Live Technology

    Graduates of this unique four-year program will leave with hands-on familiarity to the industry, and having earned a four-year BFA degree in Live Experience Design & Production.

    Educational Improvement Tax Credit (EITC)

    The Pennsylvania Department of Community & Economic Development has approved Workforce LIVE as an Educational Improvement Organization (EIO).

    The Educational Improvement Tax Credit Program (EITC) awards tax credits to eligible businesses contributing to qualified organizations.

    An Educational Improvement Organization (EIO) must be a nonprofit entity. Funding is provided through the EITC program to innovative educational programs that benefit students across Pennsylvania.
